現貨商品:

颱風天或例假日物流公司無法送貨,謝謝大家的體諒 ( 天候氣象狀況則依中央氣象台與各地縣市政府之公告為準 )。

貨運寄送
(1) 訂單金額未滿$2000,需付運費$158/箱(含稅)。
(2) 偏遠地區包含離島、聯運、近山區者運費另加計或運費自理,無法配送部分區域距離城市主要人口中心較遠者,也列入偏遠地區,實際定義範圍會以貴司實際交貨地點,告知是否運費另計。
(3) 如需配送地址為Outlet 、百貨公司、倉儲、港口、學校等特殊地點,貨運公司需另外加收,客服人員會另外通知運費。
(4) 若遇節日(如春節、端午、中秋等節日)配送量較大,或遇有颱風等其他因素,政府宣布停止上班上課,配送上較無法符合您所指定的時間,敬請見諒!
連假前夕建議提早下單,以免無法準時將貨物配送抵達。
離島配送
每箱長寬高加總不超過150公分,若超過150公分,則拆箱寄送,運費另計。

公版商品備貨完成後,客服人員會主動於禾啟官方LINE上通知您可前來門市取貨。
▸ 公版商品-退換貨政策
考量販售商品攸關食品衛生安全,除商品有瑕疵或損壞外,經拆封過的商品,恕不可退貨。
如商品在運送過程有瑕疵或損壞,欲申請退貨,請於收到貨品7日內提出,並提供商品「照片」或「影片」做確認,客服人員會告知您如何辦理退換貨相關流程。
如有訂錯貨之情形,請將退貨商品保留完整並封箱,並自行負擔運費寄回;商品一經拆封有使用過痕跡,一律不接受退貨。
待收到退貨之商品,經檢查確認無誤後,退款金額會依照訂購時使用的付款方式進行退款。

Shipping Instructions
Please give us 2-3 working days to prepare your purchase. Your products will be delivered 3-7 working days after placing the order, if the transportation volume of festivals (such as Spring Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, Dragon Boat Festival) is large and if there is a typhoon transits, the delivery cannot meet the time specified by you, we are recommended to place the order a few days earlier to avoid delaying your time.
Typhoon days or holiday logistics companies can not deliver, thank you for your understanding (weather conditions are subject to the announcement of the Central Meteorological Observatory and local county and municipal governments).

Instructions for returns and exchanges
In addition to the product is defective or damaged, if the order is wrong and other factors, the goods are all 50% off recycling, you need to pay for the return shipping or send it back by yourself, please read the following before returning.
