客製化商品,將如商品簡介所標示需要的生產時間去做準備 ( 不包括物流期 )。由於是接單後生產的商品,因此下單時請務必留意可能的製作、物流週期。若是有特別指定的收貨日期或是需求,請事先詢問,我們將根據實際情況作回覆與協助。若未事前連繫者,恕無法臨時協助趕件,謝謝您的體諒與配合!

配送須知

 

請給我們2-3個工作天準備您購買的商品。您的商品會在下單後的 3-7 個工作天送達,若遇節日(如春節、中秋、端午)運送量較大,及遇有颱風過境時配送上較無法符合您所指定的時間,建議提早幾天下單,以免耽誤您的時間。

颱風天或例假日物流公司無法送貨,謝謝大家的體諒 ( 天候氣象狀況則依中央氣象台與各地縣市政府之公告為準 )。

配送範圍:台灣本島各地各縣市 ( 離島地區請洽客服人員)

退換貨須知

 

除商品有瑕疵或損壞外,如是訂購錯誤等其他因素,商品一律5折回收,需自行負擔退貨運費或者自行寄回,已告知並請退貨前詳讀以下內容。

請將退貨商品保留完整並封箱;商品一經拆封有使用過痕跡,一律不接受退貨。

如商品在運送過程有瑕疵或損壞,欲申請退貨,亦請於收到貨品7日內提出。

退貨方面有任何問題都歡迎可以私訊客服人員,客服會請您提供商品「照片」或「影片」做確認

客製化商品,若非重大瑕疵或損壞不得退貨,若無法接受請勿下單。

Customized products will be prepared according to the production time indicated in the product profile (excluding the shipping period). Shipping Instructions

 

Please give us 2-3 working days to prepare your purchase. Your products will be delivered 3-7 working days after placing the order, if the transportation volume of festivals (such as Spring Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, Dragon Boat Festival) is large and if there is a typhoon transits, the delivery cannot meet the time specified by you, we are recommended to place the order a few days earlier to avoid delaying your time.

Typhoon days or holiday logistics companies can not deliver, thank you for your understanding (weather conditions are subject to the announcement of the Central Meteorological Observatory and local county and municipal governments).

Scope of delivery: Counties and cities across the main island of Taiwan (please contact customer service personnel in outlying island areas)

Instructions for returns and exchanges

 

In addition to the product is defective or damaged, if the order is wrong and other factors, the goods are all 50% off recycling, you need to pay for the return shipping or send it back by yourself, please read the following before returning.

Please keep the returned goods intact and seal the box, once the goods have been unpacked and there are traces of use, we will not be returned.

If the product is defective or damaged during the shipping process, if you want to apply for a return, please submit it within 7 days of receiving the product.

If you have any questions about returns, you are welcome to send a private message to the customer service staff, and the customer service will ask you to provide the "photos" or "videos" of the goods for confirmation.

Customized products, if not major defects or damage, can not be returned, if you can not accept do not place an order.
